Return and Refund Policy

All sales of digital products at Floorwork Automations are final. Because our templates are delivered as instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned. Once a file is downloaded, we have no way to verify that it has been deleted or is no longer in use. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after download.
• The file you received does not match the product described on the product page.
• A technical error prevented you from downloading the file after purchase.

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, email us at hello@floorworkautomations.com within 7 days of your purchase, with your order number and a description of the issue.

Compatibility

Our templates are designed for Microsoft Excel 2016 or later and Google Sheets. Please ensure your software is compatible before purchasing. Incompatibility with other software is not grounds for a refund.
